Sabina Puppo

Sabina is Rare’s Vice President, Talent. She leads Rare’s global human capital operations and is focused on developing a talent pipeline and building competitive advantage through people. Prior to this appointment, Sabina was the Product Director at TriNet. In her ten years there, Sabina led the Human Capital Consulting East Coast team, a regional business unit supporting fast growing startup companies, professional services firms, and non-profit organizations. She worked closely with executive teams to help them design and build their human capital strategy. Sabina created and led the Ethics and Corporate Responsibility National Practice, the Performance Management Practice and built a Human Capital Audit Practice that focused on operational compliance, best practices, responsible management and organizational culture. Sabina held broad P&L responsibility for products and human capital strategy.

Sabina received her executive MBA from The George Washington University, and her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Lesley University in Cambridge. Sabina is passionate about sustainable business practices and social responsibility, and has completed her certification in Responsible Management from the GWU Institute of Corporate Responsibility in Washington, DC.
